About Me

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #158164) in California with over 7 years of experience working in clinical and community settings.

I specialize in supporting high-functioning adults navigating ADHD, burnout, addiction, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is direct, compassionate, and focused on helping you understand how your mind works—while building practical tools that create real, lasting change.

As a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish), I provide culturally responsive care for individuals from diverse and multicultural backgrounds. I understand how identity, culture, and lived experiences shape the way we navigate stress and relationships.

I have experience working with LGBTQ+ clients and am committed to providing an affirming, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space.

I also bring both professional and lived understanding of neurodivergence, including ADHD. This allows me to approach therapy with insight, empathy, and practical strategies that align with how your mind works.

My academic training includes Pepperdine University and the University of California, Irvine, where I graduated with honors in psychology and social behavior. My work has also been recognized by the City of Santa Ana for community service.
